Simple Reflection Stamped Card

Reflection-stamped-card

This is a very simple reflection stamped card, using only one ink for both the light and the darker image (I used Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink). I used a tall swirl stamp, but this would be neat with any image that would look great with a reflection, such as a simple flower or branch.

I also used a small greeting stamp, a bow, a brown swirly paper from DCWV Luxury Stack, and the brown paper on the left side of the card is a white-core paper that I embossed and then sanded to bring out the design.

This is a very fast and simple card that can be used for any occasion. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Flowered Thanks Stamped Card

This is a simple & fun stamped thank you card. I used Open Almond Petals flower stamp, a jewel for the flower, a little border to serve as stems, and thanks stamp, silver embossing powder, black ink, and of course paper: orange cardstock, white cardstock and a patterned gingham paper.
I stamped the black flowers and stems first, then I stamped another flower on a separate paper and also stamped Thanks on a piece of white paper the width of the card. Both the extra flower and the Thanks were embossed with silver & the extra flower was cut out. After gluing down the parts of the card, I  used a zot for the extra flower and placed it off-center above the left flower. The gem went in the center and I was finished!
