Sometimes it’s fun to get the extra mile out of your craft supplies and find a whole other use for things. This week, I will show you how to use simple household bleach and your stamps to make awesome backgrounds and accents for your cards and scrapbooks. You can even design your own scrapbook paper!

Pleated Flower Card
These pleated flowers make a great focal point for cards, scrapbook page cover, gift bags and gift boxes. They are so easy to make too! Follow along and you will be making them in no time! No special equipment needed, although a Scor-Pal does make it precise and fast!
Cross Embossed Card
This is a super fast card for those 5-minute-before-the-eventĀ “oh no I forgot!” times.
For this card, all you needĀ is a stamp that has an easy image to cut around, I chose a cross. You will also need a swirl stamp, gold embossing powder and a gold line sticker (or a ruler and a gold pen).
Flying By To Say Hi!
This cute little bird card is fun and has a lot of texture, even though it’s flat enough to be mailed in a regular envelope!
I used an Autumn Leaves bird stamp, Ranger Spiced Marmalade Ink & Foam Applicator Tool, a Paper Distresser, Gold Embossing Powder, Turquoise Stickles, along with a sentiment stamp. It sounds like a lot of things, but I promise you this card is quick and easy!
