This is a fun scrapbook page to make for kids! It fits two or three of the 3 x 5 photos. I cut the mats at 3.5 x 5.5, so the pics would have a frame around them. The die cuts are ones I made on my Cricut. The star swirl is from Home Decor, cut at 5.5″. The 4″ star is from Plantin’ Schoolbook, as well as the 1.5″ letters.
The borders on the top & bottom started as 2″ strips, then I used a border punch to make an edge design. The crystal star bling jewels added a nice shine to the page.
This is a quick card I made, using left-overs from last week’s scrapbook page. I used bird stamps, gold embossing powder and scor-tape (to attach the ribbon without a mess). I used the left over red paper and beige paper from the coordinating scrapbook page trimmings. Hope you enjoy 🙂
This is a fun & easy scrapbook page for a 5″ x 7″ photo. I used a textured cardstock for the back, patterned paper & a smooth tan paper for the saying and stamping. The birds were embossed with gold embossing powder. I also used a few flowers with glitter brads for the centers.
The saying reads:
There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give to our children. One of these is roots, the other, wings.

I typed it into Word, and if you would like to download it, you can get it here: Wings Saying
