Happy Clear Embossed Card

This is a super simple clear embossed card. The paper needs to be smooth cardstock, and I used clear embossing ink and clear embossing powder. It almost looks like the flowers are  clear plastic, but the clear embossing powder just enhances the color of the paper that you stamp on. I used the open almond petals stamp for these flowers, and adhesive pearls for accents. The video below will give more details. Thanks for stopping by!

Simple Reflection Stamped Card

This is a very simple reflection stamped card, using only one ink for both the light and the darker image (I used Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink). I used a tall swirl stamp, but this would be neat with any image that would look great with a reflection, such as a simple flower or branch.

I also used a small greeting stamp, a bow, a brown swirly paper from DCWV Luxury Stack, and the brown paper on the left side of the card is a white-core paper that I embossed and then sanded to bring out the design.

This is a very fast and simple card that can be used for any occasion. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Baby Button Handmade Card

Here’s a super quick card for any new baby! This card would be really cute if you knew the name of the baby and could substitute that for the b-a-b-y. I used my Cricut to make the letters with the Nate’s ABC’s at 1.5″, but it is a very generic font and easy to find something similar, or even use stickers. I also used the largest button I could find, adhesive jewels, and the card background is Die Cuts With A View Luxury Stack. I love those papers so much! They have a pearl sheen, so it makes every project look fancy.

Hope you enjoy this quick project! Thanks for stopping by :).

Gold Embossed Mother’s Day Card

I was playing around with dry embossing at the beginning of last week. I made this gold embossed panel with a brass stencil and Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist, but then just couldn’t figure out how to incorporate it into my card. After walking away from it for a day or two, I came back, and the idea popped into my head to use pearl paper, lace and a flower, and it worked for what I wanted!  My flower is tall, but you could use a flat flower if you wanted to mail this type of card.  Hope you enjoy it!
