Christmas Snowflake Card

Wow, it’s already December 9th! Only 16 more days until Christmas! That’s not a lot of time to get cards ready, so here’s another easy one. It’s elegant but simple to make.

You will need a large snowflake die cut (mine is 3″), a white card and a strip of decorative paper, a pearl brad, Christmas greeting sentiment, stickles, and optional are UTEE (Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel and white acrylic paint & brush.

  2. Ah really was thrilled to see this demo of the ultra thick Deborah, as have pot sitting right in front of me at the computer, yes I know a funny spot but that is because I had tried to sue it like normal embossing powder and it was yuck… so have it here as have been meaning to research its use!! and here you demo it. So what can’t you use it with? I found normal stamps dont work with it, so it is meant for stamping or just surface covering?
    ta muchly! 🙂

    • Yes, for surface covering. I saw a really neat paper flower someone made and dipped each piece in the melted UTEE. She would just put the various petals in place and the UTEE covered them and held them all together. Ended up looking like plastic!
