Handmade Card With Ranger Ink Techniques

If you know me, it’s no secret that I absolutely love all of Tim Holtz’ products — ink, embellishments, whatever, I’ve never found even one of them that I don’t like 🙂 So this week I decided to play with the Ink Blending Tool & Distress Embossing Powder. The Distress Embossing Powder isn’t typically what you would expect from any embossing powder. It’s not shiny at all, and actually has a rough sand-like texture. But wow, it gives such a great vintage look! The cool thing is, it mixes with all the other Distress products, so you can stamp on it, ink on it, you can use it on top of the Distress Crackle Paint, whatever you want to do. It’s easy to use, but are a few secrets to using it, so hope this all makes sense when you see it 🙂
