This sweet baby card is just perfect for welcoming a baby! You will need:
5 x 5 card
2 silver photo corners
1 baby feet charm
Baby sentiment stamp
2 silk flowers
Small piece of craft thread
Fiskars Threading Water Edge Punch
Orange Ink Pad
Brown Ink Pad
3 types of coordinating peach/teal patterned paper
1 small piece of plain peach paper
Glue Stick, Liquid Craft Glue
Cover the front of a 5 x 5 card with striped patterned paper.
Cut a dotted piece of patterned paper, 5″ wide x 3″ tall and glue to the front of the card.
Cut a peach piece of paper just a tad smaller than the dotted paper, punch the edge that will be on the right side of the front of the card with a Fiskars edge punch. Stamp a baby sentiment on the left side with orange ink and place a photo corner on two of the edges to frame the sentiment. Glue that to the dotted paper.
Cut an oblong piece of patterned paper, 1.5″ wide and 5″ long. Glue this piece to the right side of the card, but don’t cover up the decorative edge on the peach paper.
Ink along the edges of the card with brown ink.
Place several layers of silk flowers together to make a flower. Thread some craft string through the button, place the baby feet charm on the string and tie a small bow. Attach the button to the flowers with glue. Glue the whole flower to the front right of the card.
This cute card will be a keepsake for any new mom & dad. Happy Crafting!
